InoCure s.r.o. is a SME focused on development of advanced nanomaterials for life science use. We are developing drug delivery and scaffolding systems based on nano/microparticles (μSphere technology) and nanofibrous systems (InoMATRIX technology). We help our partners design next generation of drug delivery systems and introduce those into mass production.
InoMATRIX is a unique 3D scaffolding platform for use in cell culture, molecular biology and tissue engineering. InoMATRIX technology is based on electrospun nanofibers which enable topological and morphological mimicking of native ECM (extra cellular matrix). The 3D structure of InoMATRIX allows cell cultures to develop into tissues closely resembling native tissue.
Large spectrum of bioactive molecules showing promise during in vitro testing is associated with activity loss during application. The reason may be connected with poor solubility, degradation by environmental conditions and bioelimination. For such reasons, the nano and microencapsulation provides a solution. The combination with suitable excipients, such as polymers and complex salts enables encapsulation, tight regulation of release and improves the stability of formulation.
The unique feature of InoCure advanced nanofibrous products is a tunable release facilitating complex release profiles. The structure of fibers protects the embedded proteins, DNA, nanoparticles and drugs susceptible to environmental damage. Programmable release and mild immobilization enable production of next generation systems with complex release profiles.
The advanced fibers are prepared on request with custom range of active molecules. The fibers are available in form of bulk sheets (up to 40cm wide), 12-,24-, 48-, 96-well inserts or custom sheets and well inserts (CellCrown or hanging well inserts).
We also offer optimization of electrospinning and electrohydrodynamic protocols for custom polymeric materials. We solve the problem with formulations to obtain the highest desired performance of your polymer. Finally, we offer cooperation on diverse research tasks in the field of electrospinning.
